Linenfox Anna Dress Review (and comparison to the Tradlands Nico Dress) {Updated March 2021}

I’ve been wearing this dress for awhile now but haven’t had a chance to yet review this sweet red Anna dress from Linenfox. I ordered this back in August and I got it in October of last year but because I’m currently in Hawaii I’ve been lucky enough to be able to enjoy wearing it all through this winter. If you’re not familiar with Linenfox, they are a small brand that makes linen clothing to order (thus reducing waste by not producing excess). They only use OEKO-tex certified high quality midweight linen (see where they fall in my ethical linen comparison review here). You can learn more about them here.

Only Child Linen Cove Pants vs. Linenfox Ocean Pants

So the idea for this post is all thanks to Andrea, who asked me what the differences were between the Only Child Cove pants and the Linenfox Ocean pants. I briefly went over it in my Linenfox Linen Wide Leg Culottes Review (this is before they decided to call them the Ocean pants) but I don’t think I really did the measurements and comparison justice. I also went off of my gut feeling (and didn’t actually bust out my measuring tape) so I think this brief comparison review might be helpful for those looking for slow-made, ethical wide-leg linen pants. Also if you want to read the full review of the Only Child Cove Pants you can find it here.

Linenfox Review: The Heavy Linen Juniper Jacket

Oh boy is this review delayed. Sorry if anyone was waiting for since November, when I received this heavy linen jacket from Linenfox. TBH I haven’t worn this jacket all that much, until recently, thus the delay on writing the review. But since it’s finally warmed up enough to wear it more often, I feel like I’m finally qualified to write a fair review.

Linenfox Review: Linen Wide Leg Ocean Pants / Culottes {Updated December 2020}

I’ve had these Linenfox linen wide leg pants in my closet for awhile but due to my fibroids I’ve been avoiding pants altogether. However since my fibroids have been shrinking slightly thanks to a $500 hormone shot (and that’s just how much I paid, the “real cost” is closer to $5000 eek!), I’ve started to ease my way back to pants. And the first pair of pants I really wanted to wear ever since giving birth, were these Linenfox pants that I ordered while I was still pregnant (talk about counting your chickens before they hatch lol). And even if the fibroids make these pants kind of tight, I still love wearing them!

I love this community of slow fashion folks because you guys are recommending things all the time, and sometimes, like this Mona top from Linenfox, it’s a home-run! Sorry I can’t remember who recommended this, but they had mentioned that this Linenfox top is a dupe for the Elizabeth Suzann Georgia Tee (reviewed here). And was she right?
