Jennifer Fisher Review: Small Brass Pearls Necklace

*This item was a gift, but all opinions here are my own. I was not paid for this post.

I’ve reviewed Jennifer Fisher Fine Jewelry and her salts in the past, but when someone from Jennifer Fisher Jewelry contacted me to see if I wanted to review something from her brass line, I couldn’t resist! I’ve admired JF, the person, for awhile now. I love her style and her drive. In fact, the Ulla Johnson Philo sweater that I’m wearing below was something she recommended about 4 years ago when it was released. I just purchased it this year from the RealReal, but it had been on my wish list thanks to JF and her style inspo. So it’s only fitting that I wear my new-to-me sweatshirt inspired by JF with my new JF jewelry!

Jennifer Fisher is probably best known for their hoops. But I’m not a hoops kind of gal. I also don’t wear earrings much anymore so I decided to go with their Continuous Small Brass Pearls. I’m wearing the 60” length here because I wanted to be able to triple it up (like in the picture above).

The necklace is lovely with a good weight to it. It’s plated brass so with proper care (ie making sure it doesn’t come into contact with water and oils/lotions) it should last awhile. Also if it wears, you can always re-plate an item. I of course will update this review with how it wears. It doesn’t come with a clasp so you just pass your head through it to wear.

My favorite way to wear this necklace is tripled up with actual pearls for the juxtaposition. I think if I wear the necklace doubled up (like in the picture above) it can looks a bit like Mardi Gras beads, which though festive, is not the look I’m going for.

Anyway thank you to the nice folks at Jennifer Fisher Jewelry for this lovely gift and if you’re looking for some fun and modern jewelry, I highly recommend checking them out!
