For those of you in the U.S. with the day off, Happy MLK, Jr. Day. To be honest I never really took the time to celebrate this day before, and in the past just treated it as a lucky day off. But at a time when many people in the U.S. are made to feel like second-class citizens (like the whole population of Puerto Rico) and African Americans are still discriminated and shot at by our own police, I feel it especially important to remember of all that MLK, Jr. stood for and how he got his social progress.
