Everlane Goodbye 2020 Sale

I took a glance at the sale today, not so much because I wanted to buy something (since I have pleeenty of Everlane). But more because I wanted to see how much excess STUFF Everlane wanted to get rid of, and boy do they have a lot. A bit too much for an “ethical” brand if you ask me, but ok you didn’t and I should put my judgements aside. Especially since I’m about to list a couple of recommended items here (and don’t want to seem too hypocritical >.< lol). Well as much as I’ve been disappointed with Everlane and I’m unsure of my future with them, I have to admit they make some good things and now they are on sale for a good price (and they may no longer produce them again). So even with my past break with Everlane and getting rid of a lot of Everlane from my closet, there are still a handful of things I couldn’t get rid of because they are just too good. And I’m going to list the ones on sale here:

Day Heel Mules: I love their Day Heel Mules though I eventually got rid of their more hyped about Day Heels and Day Flats. I love love love my mules and they are actually the only heels in my wardrobe that I currently own. I first reviewed the Everlane Day Heel Mules two and half years ago and I have to say they have just gotten better with age.

Perform Leggings: I like their thinner leggings, especially in Hawaii since I sometimes find the Girlfriend Collective ones too thick and warm (but those are great in less humid, colder environments). I’ve heard that colors other than black will show sweat stains but I can’t confirm this since I only have black and do not tend to sweat in them lol. My review of the Everlane Perform leggings here.

Slim leg crop pants: As I said in one of my weekend update posts, one of the first things I purchased after deciding to give Everlane a second chance were these pants. I usually don’t have success with Everlane jeans but I’ve found these high-waisted pants to be super flattering and fit well. Plus they’re a classic look that I could wear forever and since the quality is great they’d probably last forever too. My review of them here.

Easy Chinos: I love my easy chinos and they’re probably my most worn pants. They’ve gotten softer and more vintage-y with age, and they’ve become my go-to pants in this era of elastic waistbands only. My review of the Everlane Easy Chinos here.

The Renew Traveler Tote: This extra light, water repellant tote is a big favorite. I compare it to my Longchamp tote in my review of the Everlane Renew Traveler Tote and I still stand by my opinion then that I like the Everlane tote more than the Longchamp one. Now that it’s on sale it’s a great deal, but unfortunately they only have pink left which might not be everyone’s favorite color (though I don’t mind it lol).

Anyway that’s it for my favorites.
